Description
This decorative cover provides a finished, high-end look for the Ford Bronco spare wheel by seamlessly framing the center camera housing. Featuring the iconic bucking horse logo and embossed "BRONCO" lettering, this cap replaces the unfinished look of the spare wheel center with a rugged, factory-plus aesthetic.
The assembly utilizes a hybrid-material approach for the perfect fit: a rigid ASA-CF outer shell provides exceptional UV resistance and a high-performance matte texture, while a precision-engineered TPU 95A inner gasket ensures a snug, friction-based grip. These two components are designed to be glued together to create a durable composite part that withstands highway speeds and harsh weather conditions.
Installation is straightforward—simply align the cover with the center camera housing and push to seat it. The TPU gasket is designed to provide just the right amount of resistance: secure enough to stay put through vibrations, but flexible enough to install without excessive force. For maintenance or wheel changes, the design incorporates two integrated removal holes. This allows you to easily pop the cover off with a standard pry tool or hex key without damaging the wheel or the camera housing.
