Left Side spool holder for Sanja3D P2s Riser

This is a combination of SaiLentKnight's spool holder with the hook for Sanja3D's riser added.  I liked the roller on the spool holder to allow easier movement of the roll, but wanted to hang it on the riser.  I am sure it could be cleaner, but it is functional.
