FNIRSI DWS-200 Tray & Dust Cover Set

This set is designed specifically for the FNIRSI DWS-200 Soldering Station. It includes a stable tray for better organization and a matching Dust Cover to protect your station from dust and debris when not in use.

The tray fits neatly under the station, creating a cleaner and more structured workbench layout. The Dust Cover acts as a protective shell that fits perfectly onto the tray, fully enclosing the station for maximum protection.

ATTENTION: The new Dust Cover is NOT compatible with the previous version of the tray. I had to make slight dimensional adjustments to the right side of the tray to ensure the soldering iron holder fits perfectly into the tray. Please print the updated tray if you want to use the cover!

Important Printing Instructions:

Material: This design is optimized for PLA. Unlike previous versions, no shrinkage calculation is needed.

Dust Cover Orientation: To ensure the best surface quality and successful printing, the Dust Cover MUST be printed at a 45-degree angle.

  • Supports are required for the cover in this orientation.
  • For the best possible surface finish, I used Support for PLA as an interface layer (support roof).
  • Printing it flat is not recommended and will be very difficult to achieve.

Recommended Print Settings:

  • Material: PLA
  • Support Interface: Support for PLA (optional, for best results)
  • Layer Height: 0.2 mm
  • Infill: 15–20 %
  • Tray Supports: Not required
  • Cover Supports: Required (Print at 45° angle)
  • Additional Hardware: 4x 12mm Rubber Feet (optional)
