🖨️ Recommended Print Settings (Maker Tips)

To operate the component safely and hygienically in the aquarium long-term, I recommend the following settings

• Material: PETG (Absolutely necessary! PLA decomposes over time, PETG is water-stable and safe for fish)
• Infill: 100 % (Important so that no water seeps into the structure and forms breeding grounds for bacteria there)
• Wall Lines: 5–6 (Ensures a solid tube that withstands the pump's pressure)
• Orientation: Print standing (no supports required, clean holes)
• Flow: Reduce to 95–97% if necessary, in case the PETG slightly "smudges" on the sides with 100% infill

🧼 Maintenance Note

Thanks to the solid print (100% infill), the tube is very robust. Should the holes become clogged by algae or lime, it can be easily cleaned with a small brush (pipe cleaner)
