Description

Hello,

16 Gauge 76mm Shotgun Shell Box – 25 Shell is a precision-engineered storage system designed for safe transport and organization of shotgun ammunition.

The internal geometry is optimized for 76mm (3") shotgun shells and includes controlled clearance for a protective foam insert to ensure stable retention.

Capacity:

• 25 x 16 gauge 76mm (3") shotgun shells

Key features:
• Precision-fit 76mm (3") shell layout
• Foam-compatible lid clearance design
• Secure and stable shell positioning
• Optimized for clay shooting, range use, and hunting
• Durable, print-friendly construction

Internal design includes ~5–6 mm additional length per shell to allow foam compression (recommended 10–15 mm foam layer in lid).

This model is part of a modular ammunition storage system designed for multiple calibers and shell sizes.

Box was printed in PLA, latches in PETG HF, and seal TPU.

Seal is not necessary for the function of the print.

All parts are connected with M3x30 bolts

You will need 6 pcs.
