Pioneer SGX-CA500 Quarter Turn Adapter Mount

This is an adapter to mount the Pioneer SGX-CA500 bike computer to a standard quarter turn mount.   Since this part will be subject to vibrations and impact I highly recommend printing this in an impact tolerant material such as PA-CF

Additional hardware needed:

• You'll need an M3 countersunk screw and an M3 nut

To install:

1. Print the two parts
2. Insert the M3 nut into the adapter plate
3. Slide the mount onto the Pioneer bike computer with the M3 nut installed until it is snugly seated
4. Insert the latch to hold the mount in place
5. Insert a countersunk M3 screw into the hole in the latch and screw it in until it engages with the nut.
6. Tighten the screw (it will sit proud of the latch.
