These Japandi Soap Dispenser Bottle Sleeves are the perfect way to improve the feel of your existing bathroom or kitchen hand soap setup! Rather than printing a standalone bottle and buying an extra pump, simply slide these two part covers over the hand soap dispenser bottle you already have! No leaking, no extra parts, just an aesthetic upgrade.

Original Pre-Made Versions

The benefit of my original soap dispenser bottle sleeves is they are custom fit to specific bottles. This ensures a perfect fit and allows me to support non-standard bottle shapes, like the Trader Joes hand soaps.

If you have any of the following standard, popular bottles, I highly suggest you use the print profiles here as they are designed to fit perfectly and have all the print settings pre-optimized. To print any of these pre-made versions. Download them from the print profiles section on this page.

Customize Your Own Bottle Sleeves:

The new parametric design features essential controls to customize these bottle covers to fit standard shaped bottles, which should be very accessible for most needs. To create a custom bottle sleeve - click the ‘Customize’ button on this page.

In order to cover your bottle effectively the design must:

• Be round,
• Have standard top/bottom fillets, or;
• Be willing to cover a non-standard design with standard fillets.

How to Measure Your Bottle:

You'll need the following 4 measurements in mm to define your bottle's design. I highly recommend leaving a little wiggle room when measuring. IE adding 0.5mm to each measurement will ensure the bottle cover fits snug.

• Bottle Diameter: measure the diameter of the main body of the bottle.
• Base to Neck Height: from the bottom of the bottle to the base corner of the neck.
• Neck Diameter: measure the diameter the neck of the bottle, including the width of the cap if the cap sits next to the neck (usually does!)
• Bottom Shoulder Radius: measure the radius of the bottom corner of the bottle.

Print Profile Settings:

After exporting your custom model from the customizer, apply the following print profile setup for best printing results. You'll need to split the two pieces of the cover.

The easiest way to do this is copy the bottle sleeve so you have two copies, then use the Cut feature in Bambu Studio to cut twice and delete either half each time. As a result you should have two separate objects, this is necessary so you can apply object level settings.

• Global Settings
  • Support → Enable Support: True
  • Support → Style: Tree Slim
• Object Settings → Top Cover
  • Others → Brim type: Inner Brim Only
  • Others → Brim width: 7
  • Variable Layer Height: Click Adaptive @ Quality/Speed 0.5 (Default)
  • Variable Layer Height: Click Smooth @ Radius 5 (Default)
• Object Settings → Bottom Cover
  • Quality → Scarf around entire wall: True
  • Quality → Scarf steps: 16
  • Speed → Outer wall: 80
  • Variable Layer Height: Click Adaptive @ Quality/Speed 0.5 (Default)
  • Variable Layer Height: Click Smooth @ Radius 5 (Default)

You can see these print profile settings live in any of the pre-made versions.

The bottom portion of the bottle has a small seam in the back which has been minimized via the print profile. This unavoidable seam can be covered using fuzzy skin if you like that look. Otherwise just set the seam to the back and the bottle looks great!
