Boost Me (for free)

If you like the design and/ or benefit from the model, I'd be grateful for a boost!

An A4 Ring Bound Notebook (e.g. Black n' Red) page divider, with Microsoft Excel shortcuts. I've omitted more common/ well known shortcuts (e.g. Ctrl+C/ Ctrl+V). Approx. 8.5mm between ring hole centres.

I regularly use excel, but have a rubbish memory and often forget many of these shortcuts. I designed this keep in the front of my notebook as a reminder. I suspect that regular removal and insert shall cause tabs to snap off, particularly if printed in PLA.

If you need a page marker/ bookmark tab, I can recommend my other model at the link below.

The width of this divider suits an A4 notebook, but its length falls a little short, constrained by the dimensions of the A1 build plate.

No AMS required. A pause is present in the print profile to allow a manual change of filament.

Top most surface print lines are visible in the photos attached, taken under a bright led desk lamp. They are less noticeable in natural and normal office lighting. I did toy with the idea of ironing the top most surface, but decided that the print was already long enough at approximately 20 hours on my A1 - top surface ironing adding approximately another 3 hours.

A few print recommendations:

  • Print with a 0.2mm nozzle to ensure clarity of text. The text becomes a little fuzzy with a 0.4mm nozzle. For a comparison, see the image of my test prints below.
  • Print with colours that provide good contrast, in order to make the debossed text stand out.
  • Print in PETG for longevity, if possible. PLA will work fine.
  • Print on a supertack build plate (or similar), if possible - to avoid lifting/ curling of the corners.
