This is the same item seen on short videos; since I didn't find a multi-color version on this site, I simply made one.
If the bottom side of the block (printing plate) is facing up, assemble the arrow with its bottom side facing up; if the top side of the block is facing up, assemble the arrow with its top side facing up. This makes assembly easier.
As for how to use the magic prop, everyone will understand once they print it and give it two turns.
