This print profile is designed to give you a more manageable Spiderman Mask. It is fully optimized to fit perfectly on the Bambu Lab A1 Mini without any scaling, and it&#39;s also perfect for anyone who just wants a more manageable project.<ul><li> The model remains at 100% scale: it maintains the original fit and wearability.  </li><li>Flawless Top Surface: By dividing the mask into five strategic pieces, this profile completely eliminates the unattractive concentric layer circles (the &#34;staircase effect&#34;) that typically ruin the top dome of single-piece prints. The result is a premium, smooth finish.  </li><li>Seamless Design: The division of the pieces has been carefully engineered so that, once assembled, the seams are practically invisible from the outside, preserving the iconic look of the mask.  </li><li>Time &amp; Filament Efficiency: This approach saves over 7 hours of printing time and more than 150g of filament compared to other comparable profiles. By minimizing complex support structures, you get your mask faster and with less waste.  </li><li>Easier to Manage: Printing in sections makes the entire process more approachable.  </li><li>Simple Post-Processing: The design makes it easy to paint the webbing details; simply follow the engraved lines with a black permanent marker or an acrylic paint pen.</li></ul><h2>🛠️ Assembly</h2>The five pieces must be joined together after printing. While you can use standard 3D printing glue, for the best results, I recommend using a soldering iron to carefully melt and &#34;weld&#34; the seams together from the inside for a permanent, high-strength bond.  Then, just like the original model, you will need 20 8x2 magnets to join the two parts for wearing the mask, and 28 6x2 magnets for the eyes. Of course, if you&#39;re not interested in having detachable eyes, they can simply be glued in place, bypassing the need for the 6x2 magnets. P.S. Added upon user request. Although it has been optimized to reduce print time and filament waste, it remains a demanding project. It requires many hours of printing and generates quite a bit of waste. The final result is definitely more professional, but it puts a lot of stress on the printer.  If you need a more manageable project or one that is also compatible with the A1 mini, please check out my other print profile. It doesn&#39;t require the AMS (meaning you&#39;ll just need to paint the black lines with a marker afterwards).  Assembly  The five pieces must be put together after printing.
