Precision Picatinny Flashlight Mount

This is a minimalist, high-strength flashlight mount designed for standard Picatinny / RIS rails. It features a secure zip-tie attachment system, making it compatible with various flashlight lengths while maintaining a rock-solid grip on your rail.

I strongly recommend printing this model from PETG (or ASA/Nylon).

Technical Specifications:

• Inner Radius: 15.25 mm (Optimized for flashlights with ~30mm - 30.5mm body diameter).
• Tolerance: High Precision / Very Tight. This mount is designed to have zero wobble. It is a very snug fit.
• Attachment: Features 3 slots for heavy-duty zip-ties (cable ties).

Hardware Needed:

To assemble this mount, you will need:

• 2x M5 Countersunk Screw (30mm length)
• 2x M5 Metric Nuts

Installation Tips:

• Friction-Fit Nuts: The holes for the M5 nuts are designed so they stay in place by themselves. You may need to press them in with force (or use a tool/screw to pull them in)
• Mounting to Rail: Because of the tight tolerances, sliding it onto your rail might require some initial effort. Make sure your rail is clean. Once it's on, it’s rock solid and won't move.
