A beautiful sport rim for the Segway Navimow i-series mower Suitable for the following Navimow models: __i105e, i108e__

The rim is best printed in ASA (UV protection) and the tire in TPU (with or without AMS) The 256mm of the P1S are fully utilized when you print the tire The rim and tire are designed with a guide to slide the tire on, preventing it from slipping through

I'd appreciate boosts and likes if you enjoy this

It looks good, drives well, and offers advantages over the original wheels in terms of grip and traversing different surfaces Activating the traction control system on the Navimow is generally recommended I haven't measured the incline, but I look forward to your feedback

Videos of the mounted rim in operation: https://www.youtube.com/@omasprintfarm

PS: Separate left and right tires are provided so that the tread pattern appears identical from the mower's drive control perspective

Hi Benjamin, Thank you. I appreciate every like and boost. I unfortunately found out that someone on Facebook had called for printing this for friends or acquaintances for a fee or money. I hope that everyone here in the community follows the rules. You can buy the finished rim at omasprintfarm.de/shop. Regards Oma

Hello everyone, I printed these in PETG and the ring in TPU. Mounted it and let it mow once. When it was finished, it did not go to the charging station. Model I105 the charging connector no longer fits. Does anyone have a solution or how did you do it?

Hello, Could you please post pictures/videos of it trying to dock? We're happy to help, video is best. Just send it to the lawn again, and then stop it, it will drive directly to the charging station. Make a video, upload it. Thank you. Then we'll see it and will surely find a solution. Please measure the wheel diameter. Please also provide information on which PETG and which TPU you used. With PETG, it should be considered that PETG usually does not shrink as much during printing as, for example, ASA. Our print is optimized for ASA and TPU for AMS. What we like: The color combination looks good. :-) Regards and thanks Grandma

Thanks for the feedback. I'll test it out in the coming days. I've got the original wheels on for now. If I get around to it, I'll swap them out and try to upload a video. Thanks

Rims printed beautifully. Didn't have TPU for AMS so I ran the tires in 95A. Ran on my P1S

Hello, do you have any experience with using it? Can the spokes withstand it in the long run?

Yes, we have already carried out simple - not laboratory-grade - stress tests, as we also sell the rim commercially. It has to be durable. And there are already some mowers (incl. mine) that have been using it since March 2026, and with my own, I had very good traction experiences in the spring wetness and frost compared to the original ones. In my opinion, good ASA is important due to UV, and the settings for walls, infill, etc. I still lack long-term experience with TPU, we will see. It's like with car tires, if it's worn out, it needs to be replaced. But even then, it's better than the original ones, which you can just throw away. This week I made small changes again and uploaded them here, we are also still optimizing supports. Greetings Oma
