Xtool F2/F1 hat clip Jig

This hat clip laser jig is designed to fit inside the xTool F2 and xTool F1 laser base and helps speed up batch engraving by holding clips securely in place. The jig allows three hat clips to be placed flat for face engraving and three clips to stand upright for engraving the exposed edge, making it easy to engrave multiple clips quickly without constantly repositioning parts.

The model prints as two pieces that assemble during the print. A pause is already included at layer 59, allowing you to insert the flat center plate into the jig before resuming the print. Once the print continues, the remaining layers lock the piece into place.

This model was printed successfully using standard PLA, nothing special required.

Designed for standard ~30mm hat clips and intended to fit cleanly in the working area of the xTool F2 and xTool F1.
