Description

This oil filler funnel is designed specifically for many Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, and Suzuki motorcycles that use an M20×2.5 oil filler thread. The funnel screws directly into the engine’s oil fill port, allowing for hands-free oil changes without needing to hold the funnel in place. An included angle adapter lets you reposition the funnel if surrounding bodywork or fairings make the straight funnel difficult to use. A thread test piece is also included so you can quickly confirm your motorcycle uses an M20×2.5 filler thread before printing the full funnel. To keep things clean in your toolbox or garage, the model also includes a cap/lid for the funnel to prevent leftover oil from making a mess during storage.

How to Use:
Step 1: If you want to make sure your oil cap threads match, you can print the test threads print first.

Step 2: Screw in the main oil funnel into your oil cap opening.

Step 3: If your bike has bodywork in the way, use the included angle adapter with the funnel.

Step 4: After you are done using the funnel, use the funnel cap to seal up the funnel for clean storage.

 

DISCLAIMER: This print works perfectly using PLA, but if you plan on doing your oil changes with your engine oil very hot, I would recommend printing in something like PETG to be on the safe side.

I needed a funnel for our Honda crf 50. I printed the test thread piece m20x2.5. it worked perfectly. I printed the funnel in red of course. Turned out great. I just used PLA

Hi can you make the thread to suit ktm Exc dirt bikes I beleive the thread is 20x3 the 24x3 is to big.
