Benimaru Nikaido (Japanese name: 二階堂紅丸, Romanized: Benimaru Nikaido) is a character in the fighting game series The King of Fighters, first appearing in The King of Fighters '94 and subsequently active as a regular participant in various titles of The King of Fighters series [2].
He is a biracial heir (Japanese-American) to a conglomerate. Combining leg techniques honed through shootboxing with his naturally electrified body, he is a genius fighter capable of freely manipulating lightning. He admires Kyo Kusanagi and is both a rival and a friend [2].
