đ Lunar Wall Lamp: Copernicus Crater (Topographic)
- Topographic Detail: Based on real lunar elevation data.
- Modular Design: Split into individual panels for easy printing on any build plate.
- Lighting: Use a COB LED Strip for spot free glow.
- Power: Standard USB connection for a clean setup.
đ Bill of Materials:
To get the best lighting effect (no visible LED dots), I recommend using a high-density COB LED strip:
- LED Strip: USB COB LED Strip (High Density)
- Material: White or Marble PLA for the crater panels; Black for the frame.
Quick Setup:
- Print: Use 0.16mm or 0.2mm layer height for the best topographic detail. Usually 0.2 is enough
- LEDs: Stick the COB strip inside the edge of the frame. You need to cut the LED Strip to the size you need.
- Assemble: Puzzle the panels together with the connectors, you might need a bit glue and sanding paper depending on the printer tolerances.
Tip: Use warm white or cold white depending on you liking and room interior
