Cable Grommet with Fully 3D-Printed Brush
This cable grommet features a completely 3D-printed brush insert
Frame, lid, and brush insert are printed separately. This allows each cable grommet to be individually customized in color and surface texture

The flexible brush insert enables tidy cable management, visually conceals openings, and reduces dust ingress
🎨 Customization
By printing the frame, lid, and brush separately, you can:
- Create different color combinations
- Utilize different surface textures (smooth, textured, effect plates)
🛠 Assembly
The brush is simply attached to the lid
If necessary, it can also be secured with a few drops of superglue to ensure a firm hold
The lid with the brush is inserted into the frame from above, where it snaps into place. The lid can then be rotated 360°
The dimensions (60, 68, 80mm) refer to the required drill hole size in the tabletop
Simply drill a hole of the appropriate size and press the cable grommet into the hole
❗️Material
The frame, lid, and brush are to be printed from PLA!
PLA has all the necessary properties!
It is therefore not necessary to choose another material!
Do not try to print the brush from TPU or any material other than PLA!
This will not work!
