CES: Complete Exhaust System - Part 2: Magnetic Mount

This is an integral part of the Complete Exhaust System. It takes RandomKhaos's excellent design an adds conveniences to help with install and use.

Key enhancements

• Deeper magnet pockets to ensure the magnets are entirely recessed, minimizing air leakage.
• Thicker base plate to support the deeper magnet pockets
• Longer throat depth for the hose mount to help with hose retention
• Redesigned hose mount to match Window Insert aesthetics with chamfering and fillet
• Alignment pegs to position this perfectly centered against the Window Insert
• Optimized print profile for durability, filament use, and print speed

Assembly Instructions

1. Print Magnetic Window Mount
2. Glue in magnets. They have a nice friction fit, but I recommend gluing so that they stay in long term.
   1. I have used JB Weld “Super Weld” glue ← affiliate link extensively with great results on PLA and PETG, but any cyanoacrylate glue should work.
   2. If your 2x10 magnets do not fit, use the “X-Y Hole Compensation” setting in Bambu Studio to adjust the diameter of the holes.

Note: Ensure the magnets are fully seated in the pockets. They should be completely flush to the surface, if not then that will cause air leakage.
