Description
Turn almost any board into an easy-to-carry tray with this simple add-on handle.
This handle was designed to quickly convert flat boards into portable display trays, project boards, or serving trays. Just print the handle, attach it with two screws, and your board becomes much easier to move and transport.
I originally designed this for a display board, but it works great for many uses including workshop trays, craft boards, portable project bases, and display platforms.
The handle mounts to the side of a board and provides a comfortable grip while keeping the tray balanced during transport.
The model prints flat on the build plate with no supports required, making it a quick and reliable print.
Designed For
• 3/4" plywood or boards (fits tight on a .735" thick board. Scale if needed!)
Additional profiles for other board thicknesses may be added in the future - let me know what size you need!
Hardware Required
• 2x wood screws
Recommended: #8 x 1-1/2" wood screws
Printing Notes
• Prints flat on the build plate
• No supports required
• PLA, PETG, or similar materials work well
• Higher wall count or infill will increase strength
