Following the 2026 FIA technical regulations, the tyres have undergone a significant redesign. This model captures the new, slightly narrower profile and the updated sidewall branding—featuring the iconic Pirelli logo and the new "lightning" pattern used in the 2026 compounds.

Critical Print Note: Nozzle Size

Due to the small scale of the 2026 sidewall lettering and the detailed Pirelli logo, a 0.2mm nozzle is highly recommended.

Using a 0.2mm nozzle will ensure the text is sharp, readable, and professional-looking.
A 0.4mm nozzle may "bridge" some of the smaller letters, leading to a less defined finish.

Print Profiles

I have provided two distinct print profiles to ensure a great result for every setup:

1. AMS Version (Multi-Color)

Designed for Bambu Lab AMS users.
Sidewall text and logos are pre-painted for a seamless multi-color finish.
Optimized for minimal purging during color changes.

2. Non-AMS Version (Manual Color Change)

Perfect for single-extruder printers.
Includes a pre-set pause at the specific layer height where the lettering begins.
Swap your black filament for your compound color (Red, Yellow, White, Blue, or Green) and resume!

Recommended Print Settings

Material: PLA, PETG, or even maybe TPU.
Layer Height: 0.10mm (High Quality) is best for the 0.2mm nozzle.
Infill: 15% Gyroid.
Supports: Required only for the rim.

Assembly

Simply add a standard 25mm split ring or a small chain through the center hole at the top.
