Description

This is a compact spring-powered airsoft launcher driven by a standard clothespin spring.
The main feature of this version is a small arm connected to the trigger that blocks the barrel while the launcher is cocked. This prevents the BB from falling out, so the launcher can be tilted in any direction without losing the round.

  1. Print the parts using the same supports defined in the print profile.

  2. Carefully remove the supports, especially the support inside the pivot hole of the barrel-blocking arm.
Do not pull the trigger before this area is completely cleared.
If you do, the blocking arm may break. Patience is important here.

  3. Install the clothespin spring onto the guide rail.
One end of the spring goes into the small hole, and the other rests on the upper ledge.
If the launcher later feels weak, you can slightly bend the spring ends to increase the preload.

  4. Insert the hammer into its slot.

  5. Slide the magazine into its rail until it reaches the end.
You should hear or feel a small click.

  6. Attach the rubber band to both sides of the magazine and route it through the slot in front of the trigger guard.

Good luck, and enjoy the build!
