Apple Vision Pro Band Adapters for Meta Quest (v6)

Updated Version 6. Prints Flat in 2 hours! 

Each adapter prints in 2 pieces (audio strap + vision pro style speaker cup). The speaker cups have guide studs to allow you to align them and snap them onto the strap adapter. Alternately for a more permanent solution, you can apply a few drops of super glue before snapping the ear cups into place.

New and improved model that more closely conforms to (surprisingly small) size of the Apple Vision Pro. The headband studs have the OEM clip recesses for an exact fit when mated to the Apple Vision Pro headband's orange tab clips.

For best results print PETG with the Quest 3 side up and be sure to check the box so that you do not print supports! Otherwise, the alignment stud holes will be filled with support material. See my example pics for suggested slicer layout. Once printed, apply a few drops of super glue or stronger epoxy (if desired) to the cups, then use the studs to align the cups onto the adapters, press firmly for about 15 seconds and done.
