Description

Linear Bearing Tool (LBT) – 12mm / 15mm

CTW | High Performance Printable Tools

An essential tool for keeping your linear bearing block intact during servicing.

This tool slides into the linear block when removing a linear rail (A1, MINI, H-Series, CNC & Etc), preventing the ball bearings from escaping and avoiding irreversible damage to the block or headache. With an estimated print cost of only $0.12, it’s a simple yet extremely useful tool for maintenance.

Features

  • Easy slide in / slide out design
  • Integrated pull tab for quick removal
  • Locking mechanism (coming soon)
  • Prevents bearing loss
  • A real maintenance lifesaver

Printing Instructions

  • Print at an angle for best strength and surface quality.
  • Clean the print bed with soap, then rinse under running water.
  • No glue required (at least not on the print bed).
  • When printing PETG in an enclosed machine, ensure adequate chamber cooling.

Operating Instructions

A demonstration video will be available soon.

To use the tool:

  1. Prepare the linear block so it is ready to be removed from the rail.
  2. Place the tool on the correct side of the rail, depending on your setup.
  3. Keep the tool aligned correctly with the rail.
  4. Slide the bearing block directly onto the LBT tool.

Once the block is on the tool, it is safe for maintenance and disassembly without risking bearing loss.

Enjoy effortless linear rail dismantling!
