⚠️ CRITICAL PRINTING REQUIREMENT: 0.2mm Nozzle ⚠️
Due to the extremely fine pitch and detail of the internal 8V1 threads, it is highly recommmended to use a 0.2mm nozzle to print this model. A standard 0.4mm nozzle cannot resolve the internal geometry cleanly enough, and the threads will likely fuse together or fail to screw correctly onto the valve.
Recommended Print Settings:
- Nozzle: 0.2mm (Highly recommended)
- Layer Height: 0.08mm to 0.12mm (Recommended for smooth thread engagement)
- Brim: Recommended if you have bed adhesion issues with small parts
Material Recommendations:
- PETG, ASA, or ABS: Best for actual use on vehicles or outdoor equipment, as they will withstand heat, UV rays, and weather.
- PLA: Prints the finest details, but is only recommended for indoor use or short-term replacements, as it will deform in the sun or on hot car tires.
