Description
The comic "Redman: The Kaiju Hunter" supplements his backstory: wandering due to the destruction of his home planet, his battles are watched as entertainment by alien races. Three comics were released from 2018 to 2019, and he remains active in Tsuburaya's offline events and spin-off works.
The monsters appearing in this work are mainly from the Ultraman series, with monsters from Mirrorman and Fight! Mighty Jack also occasionally appearing. The monster suits are mostly low-cost suits used for stage shows, and the battles in the show take place in wild mountain areas. Although these monsters appear life-sized in the show, the setting is still a tokusatsu battle between giant monsters and heroes.
