TPU Belt Drink Holster – Bottle & Can Holder (Ø70 mm)

Flexible belt holster for bottles and cans up to 70 mm diameter.

Perfect for DIY work, the home bar, or parties so your drink is always within reach.

The holster is designed to print flat on the build plate and is then folded into shape using the flexibility of TPU.

Two versions are included:

Chicago screw version – assemble using M5 × 4 mm Chicago screws

Sewing version – holes included for stitching with artificial sinew or cord

The textured PEI build plate gives the TPU surface a nice leather-like finish.

Features

  • Fits belts up to 55 mm wide
  • Fits bottles and cans up to Ø70 mm
  • Flexible TPU design securely holds the drink
  • Bottom opening prevents vacuum and makes removal easier
  • Prints flat on the build plate

Material

This model is designed specifically for flexible materials.

Recommended:

  • TPU 95A – good balance between flexibility and strength
  • TPU 98A (I used sunlu silk TPU) also works and results in a slightly stiffer holster (the purple holster shown in the photos)

⚠️ Do not print this model in PLA, PETG, ABS or other rigid materials.
The design relies on the flexibility of TPU for assembly and proper function.
