Description
Design Concept and Use:
When designing and modeling, especially when needing to consider a certain shell thickness, we often lack an intuitive concept or reference!
Especially for 3D printed materials, different thicknesses can lead to significant strength variations!
Therefore, I created this set of thickness reference gauges, complete with a radius gauge, to make your modeling and design more precise and easier!
Specifications:
Thickness Range: 0.2-3.2mm (0.2)
Radius Range: R2.5-10mm (0.5)
Installation:
Group 0.2 to 2.2mm together, insert them into the pin posts, then install the remaining group.
After pressing the top cover into place, use a lighter or soldering iron to melt the protruding hexagonal posts, then press them flat. (You can use a metal cap from a lighter to press it down to avoid burning your hand)
Adjust the damping feel according to the tightness of the press, then let it cool.

Printing Instructions:
There is small text on the bottom surface; be sure to clean the build plate with alcohol before printing!
Due to the need for precise thickness, an accurate Z-height is selected in the slicer, which will result in a large test tower. This is normal! (The thickness is very small, only time is consumed, and filament consumption is low)
A1 mini cannot be used due to its printing area limitations, but this does not affect actual use!
