Recommended Print Settings (Bambu Studio / PrusaSlicer)

To ensure your dispenser is completely watertight, please use the following settings:

• Material: PETG (Highly recommended for chemical resistance and durability).
• Wall Loops: 4 to 6 (Essential for a leak-proof seal).
• Layer Height: 0.2 (Initial: 0.28mm)
• Seam Position: Aligned (Place the seam at the back for a smooth, professional finish).
• Flow Ratio: 1.03 (Slight over-extrusion helps fuse layers for a better seal).

Assembly Instructions

1. Print the bottle using the "Watertight" settings above.
2. Check the neck for any stray filament "zits."
3. Insert your standard 28/410 pump and screw it down until the gasket is snug.
