Assembly Instructions

The logo pucks are designed as a pressure fit, so in most cases no glue is needed.

To assemble:

1. Line up the logo puck carefully with its matching recess.
2. Press it firmly into place by hand.
3. If needed, use a clamp or apply steady pressure to fully seat it.

The fit is intentionally tight, so you may need to push hard to get it fully in place.

If you want an easier fit, you can scale the logo puck down by 1% before printing. This will make assembly easier, but at that point you will likely need to use glue to hold it securely in place.

So the two options are:

• Original size = tight pressure fit, no glue needed
• Scaled down by 1% = easier fit, but glue recommended
