ID Card Holder w/ Yubikey slot and Fob Holder

Remix – YubiKey Card Holder with Fob Slot & Customisation
 

This is a remix of the original YubiKey card holder with several practical improvements and aesthetic tweaks.

The goal of this remix was to keep the simplicity of the original design while adding a few features that make it more useful for everyday work use. I have used this ID card holder daily for a couple of months with zero issues.
 

Changes made in this remix:

• Improved YubiKey slot alignment – the slot has been adjusted so the YubiKey sits more accurately and securely in the holder.
• Added accessory/fob slot – a dedicated space for an additional access fob (in my case this is used for printer access).
• Honeycomb reinforcement pattern – added to reduce material use while keeping the holder strong and visually interesting.
• Custom name area – text has been added so the holder can be personalised with a name or identifier.
• Tighter card fit – the card slot has been slightly adjusted so the ID card sits more snugly and securely.

I have also uploaded a print profile designed for the Bambu Carbon Effect plate, which gives the holder a really nice carbon fibre style texture on the surface. If you want the same finish shown in the photos, simply print using that profile.
 

Like the original design, the YubiKey can remain in the holder while connected to your PC, allowing easy access to the button without removing the card.

The card can still be removed by gently pressing the YubiKey against the card, maintaining the original functionality.

This model should remain compatible with all major YubiKey models.
