There is a lot of info and help there ;-)

I designed v3 from scratch based on the v2 version.

It now has more strength and more place for honeycomb / hex add-ons.

I have added:

  • Honeycomb / Hex Ledstrip holder
  • Honeycomb / Hex Build plate holder
  • Honeycomb / Hex Top glass holder

I have added the 3mf file with the settings, of course you can adjust to your own settings.

I get a lot of requests and I don't mind following up on them as it makes these projects more interesting, although it takes a lot of time I really don't mind spending my time but I would appreciate it if you join the club as club members can be assured I follow up on their requests.

So what is the front bar for?

Replying to @cmcraig2 :
it is to tilt up in the front just to vent , so it will be open at about 30 degrees. Sometimes you may not need to remove it completely to maintain the temp that you may need. You could just let the back side of the glass rest on it usual spot on the printer and the front of the glass rest on that bar....

This is so awesome, thank you so much for making it. I still have my AMS up top my printer and I can clearly see what’s going on from above. it makes Marie nice so much easier and looks good. I went with the silver and red theme. For those who are saying that the pieces don’t line up, you must likely have the back pieces lined up wrong, switch the positions of either one, then turn it 90 degrees (that means clockwise). The connectors are available when you download the raw model files. it’s easy, and the file is literally called connectors. When I get a second printer I’m definitely going to print this riser again. Thanks again!

Hey friend, how did you print that samurai mask with multicolor? I’m new to 3d printing and found that model but don’t know how to do multi color like that without printer swapping filaments 200+ times

I found the model in Thingiverse, someone remixes the mask where they separated the face and the teeth by themselves. So, all I did was printed the face black, then afterwards printed the teeth red. Here’s the remixed link: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4564765

Came out perfect. I added a bunch of holders on the side and had to give the ol' printer a name. Thanks for the design.

Should it overhang so much at the back? Nothing holding it steady on the P1P worries it may vibrate itself off.

Yes there is overhang but with the p1p you should try to settle it at 2 or 4 spots so it can't move as there are no side panels to hold it in place.

I plan to buy the P1S side plates. Assume that will stop it moving side to side?

So what I did wrong? I just printed all plates and it does not fit. Rear parts are longer. Why there is profile where you can waste so much filament?

Rotate the rear parts 90 degrees and switch right to left and vice versa.

imprimi durante 2 dias las 4 piezas para que despues no encajen entre si. la idea me parece una bestialidad. Pero gasté mas de 700 gramos para tirarlos a la basura.

It would apear that the orientation of the back pieces is backwards in your picture. the legs although they look similar, are not the same length. The back pieces are not interchangeable, they need to be swapped but they appear to be printed correctly. So I hope you did not throw them out and waste all your filament.
