Il soggetto centrale, ispirato allo stile classico delle loro artwork, mostra una figura mostruosa e scheletrica in posa dinamica, avvolta da fiamme stilizzate che si innalzano verso l’alto. Le superfici scolpite in rilievo mettono in evidenza i dettagli del volto, delle ossa e dei movimenti, creando un effetto di profondità che richiama le copertine originali ma con una presenza fisica molto più intensa. Il fondo, dominato da toni rossi, bianchi e neri, è modellato in modo da amplificare il contrasto tra le zone piatte e quelle scolpite.
