Description
This project contains Gridfinity organizer bins for Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) supplies, built for the Schubox designed by @schuylab — huge thanks for sharing such a well thought-out box system!
I originally started putting this together while rethinking how to organize my son’s diabetes supplies at home. The goal was a system that keeps everything clean, visible, and easy to find, while also being easy to reconfigure for travel.
System Featured in Photos
All boxes, latches, and handles were printed using Bambu Lab PETG HF, and the bins were printed with Polymaker Panchroma Marble PLA (matte) with optional blue, green, and orange highlights on the bin's stacking lips.
- Box 1 (Blue) using 15u Schubox: Insulet Omnipod, insulin, wipes, Baqsimi (top), and miscellaneous storage (bottom)
- Box 2 (Green) using 15u Schubox: Dexcom G7 (top) with miscellaneous storage (bottom)
- Box 3 (Orange) using 12u Schubox: Insulin pens, needles, OneTouch, glucose tablets, and miscellaneous storage
Note: These boxes can get fairly heavy when fully stocked and stacked, so I use the the Schubox Beefy Handle.
