Tool for adjusting Dynafit-type ski touring bindings. It is essential to regulate the distance between the heel piece and the boot for the correct functioning of the binding. Essential for the initial installation and useful when changing boots.
The file includes two models: 5.5mm and 4mm. The distance to be adjusted depends on the binding brand and model.
Place the gauge horizontally. Adjust the binding's length screw until the rectangles are aligned at their inner edge. To ensure the correct distance, the ends of the gauge also have the appropriate height. I have taken photos as an example for adjusting my skis.
