Description

Scythe is a large board game and my table isn't wide enough. I designed a player mat holder that clamps on to the side of the table. It can also be used without being clamped to the table, if you just want some organization.

If you are looking for a more generic version of a table extension for board games, see my other model:
https://makerworld.com/en/models/2814735-table-extension-for-board-games

There are several variations of this design:

  • Just support for the player mat and faction mat
  • Support for everything including my factory card organizer: https://makerworld.com/en/models/2385161-scythe-player-mat
  • Support for everything including my factory card organizer for sleeved cards (same link as above, just a different print profile)

If printing the full set, only print the factory card holder you need.

I have tried to find the perfect match between strength and thinness. IMO it's quite sturdy, but if you disagree, please let me know. Then I'll see if I can make it thicker for more strength.

It clamps tables up to 5 cm thick. If you need larger clamps, let me know. It's no problem to make a larger version.

Assembly

The models can be assembled and disassembled, with parts sliding right together (no glue needed). However I recommend gluing for extra strength.

For the plates themselves, the beams go into the plates first, then the bowtie adapters lock it all into place.

For the table clamps, put the square nut into the hole first, then the screw can be added.

Note to the photos

I have updated the models a little since I took the photos. There is now a notch on the left for easily removing the player mat and faction mat. There is also a small notch next the the bowtie adapters, such that they can be removed easier aswell.

Boost Me (for free)

If you like this model, I’d really appreciate a boost — it helps visibility and encourages me to make more Scythe-themed prints!
