🕷️ Jumping Spider Nursery – VoroNest
The VoroNest is a purpose-built nursery designed specifically for baby jumping spiders (spiderlings). Its triple-dome architecture creates a layered micro-habitat that offers protection, airflow, and natural web anchor points in a compact 50 mm form factor.
The outer Voronoi shell provides structural stability while allowing excellent ventilation. Inside, two offset inner domes create depth and spatial separation, mimicking the layered complexity of natural retreat spaces. The design encourages webbing behavior while maintaining visibility for observation.
🧲 Magnetic Wall Mount System
The VoroNest features a 3.5 mm reinforced back plate with integrated magnet pockets (6.2 × 3.2 mm).
This allows secure mounting to terrarium glass using neodymium magnets.
The five-point layout (center + four outer magnets) distributes holding force evenly, keeping the nursery stable while remaining removable for cleaning or inspection.

Although designed for spiderlings, the VoroNest can also serve as a protected micro-hide for shrimp juveniles or other small invertebrates in terrarium or paludarium environments.
