I originally only wanted to print a test version for another fidget idea. But once I held the fidget in my hand and played with it, I couldn't stop because it was so much fun. So I further developed this mechanism into a standalone fidget and also created a collection of different designs.

If the filament is properly calibrated, you should be able to slide the individual struts up and down immediately after printing. If they do stick together a little, you can simply take a small flathead screwdriver, insert it into the slot starting from the top, and twist it slightly. Repeat this process from top to bottom across the entire slot, and then on the next strut. The slot can open up to 1.3 mm. So you don't need to worry about anything breaking. If the struts still don't move smoothly, start by gently pushing one strut up and down until it moves a little, then do the next one, and so on. Eventually, they will give way and move freely.

Please make sure to print using the Bambu Studio and not the mobile app, as the settings will be lost otherwise. I enabled a border in the print profile as a precaution to ensure better bed adhesion. If you're using the Cool Plate, you can disable it again. I was able to print the model without a border using that plate.
