Description

This project contains 3D printed mechanical parts for assembling a DK7ZB-style dual-band Yagi antenna for 2 m / 70 cm, based on the 4+5 element design.

Original antenna reference:
https://www.qsl.net/dk7zb/Duoband/4+5_2m-70cm.htm

This version uses:

  • square aluminum boom: 15 × 15 × 1.5 mm
  • radiator tube: 12 mm
  • parasitic elements: 8 mm

The printed parts were created by OK1AAP (https://www.qrz.com/db/OK1AAP)

Hardware

  • element mounting screws: M4 × 35
  • feed box main screw: M4 × 25
  • second feed-box fastener: M4 × 35 threaded stud
  • feed box screws: 4 × 2.9 × 12
  • the threaded stud screws into a nylon insulating part placed between the ends of the radiator tubes

Printing recommendations

  • use a UV-resistant filament for outdoor use
  • I printed the parts from ABS
  • the print profile uses 100% infill for maximum strength

Files included

  • ready-to-print model files
  • STEP files are included for custom slicing or further modifications

Important note
This upload contains mechanical parts only.
Because element diameter and spacing are critical in DK7ZB-style antennas, this design should be treated as a mechanical implementation based on the DK7ZB 4+5 concept, not automatically as an exact reproduction of the original published electrical dimensions.
Final element lengths, spacing, feed arrangement and tuning must be verified by the builder.
