Would very help me if you boost me!! :)

This is a high-rigidity enclosure designed specifically for the Peerless by Tymphany SDS-160 series (specifically the SDS-160F25CP01-08).

I designed this box to be as solid as possible to avoid any unwanted resonance. It features thick walls and an internal cross-brace (internal cross) to stiffen the structure, ensuring you get clean bass without the "plastic box" sound.

Design Details:

  • Flush Mount: The baffle includes a 4.5mm recessed cutout for a professional flush-mount finish.
  • Internal Bracing: Built-in cross-brace located at the rear to kill standing waves and prevent cabinet flex.
  • Two-Piece Design: Includes the main body and a thick 15mm back lid for easy access and wiring.
  • Terminal Ready: The back lid is pre-drilled for a standard 50mm round terminal cup.

Technical Specs:

  • Internal Volume: Approx. 5.5 to 6 Liters (perfect for this driver's specs).
  • Wall Thickness: 8mm (solid!)
  • Dimensions: 210mm x 210mm x 180mm.

Print Tips:

  • Walls: I recommend at least 4-5 wall loops for airtightness.
  • Infill: 25% or higher (Gyroid is best for strength).
  • Airtightness: You might want to spray the inside with a sealant or use a bit of wood glue/epoxy on the seams to make it 100% airtight.
