  • Length: 220 mm
  • Width: 66 mm
  • Height: 35 mm
  • Center groove width: 6 mm (fits leather 2.5–5 mm thick)
  • 4 side mounting holes for secure workbench attachment

Key Benefits

  • Long straight groove keeps the belt perfectly aligned
  • Rock-solid bench mounting eliminates movement and vibration
  • Prevents uneven pressure and wavy edges on long straps

How to Use

  1. Secure the jig to your workbench using the 4 mounting holes (screws/bolts).
  2. Slide the belt into the center groove.
  3. Apply water, Tokonole, tragacanth, or your favorite burnishing compound.
  4. Burnish with a wooden slicker, rotary tool, or canvas.
