Belt Burnishing Jig – 220 mm
3D printed jig designed for burnishing long leather belts and straps. Its 220 mm length delivers superior stability, keeping the strap perfectly straight and preventing waviness or hand fatigue during edge finishing.

How to Use

- Material: PETG, PLA+, ABS, or other strong filament
- Walls/Perimeters: 4–6
- Infill: 15–25%
- Orientation: Print flat on the base – no supports required
