Supports on critical regions & on the front overhangs of the helmet  (please see painted supports on the 3mf file if unsure)  - the supports help print multiple floating regions that are sadly unavoidable due to the complex shape of the helmet

Troubleshooting

For anyone who has difficulty loosening the joints please ensure your filament is dry and calibrated, ensure all supports are cleanly removed - each type of filament and brand can extrude at slightly different thickness which can lead to the joints sticking, this can be easily fixed however

If your print is stuck you should be able to easily free the joints with some pressure & if any still remain stuck please carefully insert a scrapper blade into the gaps and wiggle until the sections slide freely, this doesn't take long but can be avoided with finely tuned filament
