Biohort Shed Gutter Mesh - No more leaves!

This is a gutter protection mesh for biohort avantgarde shed.

While Biohort sheds are celebrated for their premium engineering and aesthetic appeal, they suffer from a critical drainage oversight: the gutters are designed in a way that prioritizes sleek lines over fail-safe overflow. 

If the gutter or downpipe becomes blocked by debris, the rising water level doesn't spill over the outside edge; instead, it spills on the inside edge, causing the shed to flood from the inside out. I learned this the hard (and very damp) way. If you have your shed under trees, I highly recommend taking action and protecting your gutter before you see a flood inside your shed.

To prevent clogging and debris getting in the gutter, I designed this gutter mesh that fits PERFECTLY down to the millimeter to your biohort avantgarde series shed.

The project consists of 

PLATE 1)

• a 8cmx6cm mesh plate with 
  • 2 Connector Loops to allow modular extension of the mesh.
  • 2 Retention Hooks (The "Clips"), to secure the mesh to the gutter.
  • The "Slot" Guard, the rectangular mesh piece angled downward to perfectly fit the roof plates. 
• 1 pin to connect 2 meshes together.

PLATE 2)

• Left end mesh 
• Right end mesh

• 2 pins

  These are required for a perfect finishing due to the different parameters of the ends.

My Biohort shed is the model A4. I needed to print 21 copies of plate 1. Plate 2 you only need one print.

Attention: The project requires support for the hooks. I posted an image the best way to remove the supports afterwards without damaging the print.
