Just toss the roller its not worth using 100$ worth of green for a 5$ joint

any advice for printing the model on an A1 mini? I tried a couple of times but the bolts always detach around 2 hrs / 80% approx :(

Solution: Apply hairspray to the plate for better adhesion, this solved the detachment problem

try using a bigger brim, some glue on your bed, use the "slower printing speed over height" setting and as always, use dry Filament. That way the Rollers should print stress-free. :)

I flipped the rollers 180 on a smooth with some adhesive and had no issues. That was after two prior failed prints.
