Description

Update 5/8/2026

- Added print profile for Head Clip for users on Bambu Handy.

Instructions

  1. Select the main print profile (3 Plates / 2 Colors).
  2. Tap Next.
  3. Open Plate 1 – Metallic Parts.
  4. Under Select parts to print (10/10 Selected), deselect:
    • MiniMixer v53_MiniMixer v53_head_clip.stl
  5. Print the project.

This will print every required part except the head clip.

Once the print is complete, print the head clip file separately.

This removes the text from the had clip. If you want to print with custom text, you will need to use a computer to edit the text.

Update 5/30/2026

- Updated main profile to include supports for the mixing paddle.

- Added a mixing paddle only print profile for anyone who previously had issues with it printing and wants to print one to complete their print.

Update 5/2/2026
- Added additional profile for A1 Mini
The primary profile requires a larger build plate than the A1 Mini has, so some objects had nowhere to go. The new profile adds an additional build plate and changes the orientation of objects. It is also the recommended profile for any machine that does not have an enclosure or struggles with large prints.

Detailed assembly instructions can be found on the original file's page: https://makerworld.com/en/models/959431-kitchenaid-mini-mixer

Please read on to understand the assembly changes necessary for this model.
The model is 170% scale of the original with a pocket created on top of the mixer to hold business cards. Approximately ~40 standard weight business cards will fit at one time. It's designed for US standard 3.5" (88mm) business cards, with enough clearance to fit oversized cards.

Changes and Additional Instructions

This variant makes several changes, only one of which affects assembly. The pins must be glued. When scaled to this size, the tolerance of the original pin design made assembly too difficult. The pins are scaled down slightly to accommodate for this, but they no longer hold the pieces together without the assistance of glue. I will look into redoing these connectors with something press-fit that removes the pins as individual objects if there is enough demand for it.

Additionally, I have added embossed text to the front face of the head clip ring. Navigate to “text_shape” under the object on Plate 1 and edit/remove the text. The text is removed in the .zip file STLs.

Thanks and happy printing. I'm constantly modifying other prints and making originals - keep an eye out for my upcoming parametric dog tag generator that's coming soon!
