🖨️ Recommended settings
Layer height: 0.16mm (for better front finish)
Infill: 15% Gyroid
No support
⚙️ Fine interlocking adjustment (no glue needed)
If the letters do not fit perfectly and you don't want to use glue, you can adjust in Bambu Studio:
For the letter P:
Select Objects > P and adjust the X-Y Contour Compensation.
For the letters SEP:
Select Objects > Assembly and adjust the X-Y Hole Compensation and, if necessary, the X-Y Contour Compensation.
Small adjustments of ±0.05mm to ±0.15mm usually resolve printing variations.

Allows use in vertical or horizontal position.
