Hello

Here is an attack and destruction helicopter inspired by the Franco-German Tiger helicopter.

Made with SolidWorks.

The main rotor and the anti-torque rotor (the small rotor at the back) can rotate thanks to a quite particular printing technique… but the cannon itself does not move. It also does not have the wheels that allow it to be held, so I will post a stand to display it more easily.

To make the rotors turn, you just need to download the 3mf file and print it.

However, here are the printing parameters and my advice:

Printing Parameters:

  • layer height 0.1mm
  • infill density 15-20% (minimum)
  • SUPPORT ACTIVE !!
  • Reduce the size and orient the model well so that it fits on your printer's print bed

My Advice:

  • PLA filament for a better finish
  • PVA support filament as it can be quite fragile in certain places
  • multiple colors for a better rendering
