Important notes first:

Spaghetti?

If you encounter spaghetti, please check the following: clean the build plate, increase bed temperature by 5-10°, and apply glue as needed. The model has many details and is split into multiple parts for multi-color printing. Some parts are small, which will inevitably increase printing difficulty. The model has been print-tested, so please do not give a low rating just because of spaghetti.

Loose connections?

There may be some differences between different filaments and based on printer adjustments. For loose connections, you can apply a layer of glue to the joints. Let it dry completely before reassembling. This can provide extra friction for a tighter fit.

Assembly?

Apply vertical force and support the object as much as possible. Some joints may be tight after assembly; do not force them. Let them sit overnight, then carefully rotate.

Filament?

Please try to use PLA Basic or PETG, and avoid filaments with insufficient layer adhesion like PLA Matte or PLA Silk, as they may break!

Introduction

Before tackling Metal Sonic, I made a small, simple project for a change of pace. Multi-color and multi-plate printing without AMS is possible. Assembly is simple; you can check the name of each part in Bambu Studio.
