Wall Impact Bumper Pro is a low-profile, impact-absorbing bumper designed to protect walls, cabinets, freezer sides, garbage lids, toolboxes, and anything else that swings too far. Mount it where damage normally happens and let this take the hit instead.

Rigid shell outside. Optional TPU core inside. Now it doesn’t just stop impact, it absorbs it.

What This Is

  • Compact wall-mounted impact bumper
  • Designed for doors, garbage lids, freezer doors, toolboxes, cabinet doors, and more
  • Engineered to be mounted with 3M Command Strip Minis or cut down larger strips
  • Dual-material compatible design:
    • Outer shell: PLA, PETG, or ABS
    • Inner insert: TPU for shock absorption
  • Can be printed as:
    • Single rigid piece
    • Two-part rigid shell + TPU insert

Why TPU Matters

Printing the inner core in TPU:

  • Reduces noise from hard door impact
  • Absorbs shock instead of transferring force to drywall
  • Extends hinge and wall life
  • Ideal for high-use areas

Rigid-only works. TPU makes it smarter.

Mounting Notes

  • Designed specifically for Command Strip Minis
  • Clean wall surface before mounting
  • Press firmly and allow adhesive to set before use
  • For heavy doors, use multiple strips or mechanical fasteners

Adhesive strength depends on surface prep. Don’t skip that step.

Supports & Removal Notes

  • Designed to print with no supports required
  • Flat back prints clean on the build plate
  • TPU insert prints best at slower speeds

Straightforward print. No cleanup headaches.

Important Notes

  • Designed for light to moderate impact
  • For cold environments (freezers), avoid PLA, use PETG or ABS
  • Increase wall count and infill for heavier doors
  • Not a substitute for fixing bad hinge alignment

This protects your wall. It doesn’t fix physics.
