Hi everyone! I’d like to introduce my first bigger project:

WHAT IS GORAL 815?
- GORAL 815 8×8 is a 3D-printable RC Off-road truck model in 1:16 scale, featuring a full 8×8 drivetrain, independent suspension, and three steering axles.

- The model is designed with a modular architecture, allowing multiple configurations such as 8x8, 6×6 or 4×4, various cab types, and a wide range of accessories including fuel tanks, storage compartments, and different types of rear superstructures which you can find on my profile.

- The construction is optimized to ensure that as many parts and functional components as possible can be 3D printed. You can find the necessary non-printed parts in the PART LIST or HERE.

- Model is primarily adapted for the use of Cyberbrick electronics and components, but it is also fully modifiable with electronics of your own choice.

HOW TO START?
1. Choose a Main Frame variant! I have prepared printing profiles for 8x8, 6x6 and 4x4 type. Choose which variant you want to build and print all the parts from the profile. I recommend using PETG or a more durable material for printing. PLA is not strong enough for printing the drivetrain!
Model is equipped with a 4:1 gearbox(middle ground in speed and torque). If you want a faster model or more torque, you can also find 1.1:1, 2.3:1 or 6.5:1 gearboxes on my profile.

2. Choose your tire type! Each of the Main Frame profiles includes tires in both on-road and off-road versions. These are ready to be printed from TPU. I personally printed the tires for my models on an SLA printer from Flexi Resin. If you would like to go this route, you can find STL files of tires for SLA printing in Raw files.

3. Choose a Cabin variant! I have prepared print profiles for both the Long and Short cabin. Choose one and print all parts. All cabins and frames are compatible together.

4. Build it! In the documentation you will find a COMPLETE MANUAL for building the 8x8 Variant, but it will also help you build the other variants.
You can find the necessary non-printed parts in the PART LIST or HERE.

5. Upload the program! Use the Cyberbrick app to upload the program and pair it with the controller or use your own electronics.
I recommend using UltiRemote, which is directly adapted for use with the GORAL 815. But of course you can also use the classic cyberbrick controller.

6. Customize your build! You can find a variety of accessories and rear platforms on my profile. but don't leave it up to me! You also have a frame blueprint available so you can design your own accessories!

7. Ride it! That fully functional chassis and drivetrain is not just for show!

8. Rate the Print Profiles! Every review and boost inspires me to make new accessories and models!

I also planned to create a two-speed gearbox and a shipping container loader. Would you like to see it? Then boost me!
Thank you for your patience during the build and I would be very happy to see your
truck in the comments on the model page.
Best regards
Spone
