fb rx7 storage box hinge replacement (no drilling)

i would recommend printing in abs or a similar material so it will last 

assembly

step 1

super glue the two pieces shown below together

step 2

remove the 11 screws holding the lid together

step 3

 replace old hinge with new one 

step 4

once the super glue has dried place the 2 hinge pieces together and feed 1.75mm filament trough

step 5

melt and flatten both ends of filament 

step 6

remove the top 2 screws on the bin then slide the assembly behind then reinstall the 2 screws

if it doesn't latch correctly loosen the 2 screws holding the latch and adjust it
